Questions
Why PNG rather than the other one?
PNG is lossless, so text edges and thin diagram lines stay crisp. The files are larger than JPG, which is the trade you are making.
What resolution do I get?
150 DPI, which is where text stops looking soft on screen and is still fine to print. A typical A4 page comes out around 1240 × 1754 pixels.
Can I convert just one page?
Every page is converted and listed separately, so you can download only the one you want.
Is my file uploaded anywhere?
No. The PDF is opened and rendered inside your browser. Nothing is sent to a server.
Is this the same as "convert pdf to png"?
Yes. It also gets called "pdf to picture". They all describe this one job, and this page does it.
