Terms

Last updated 19 August 2026

These terms cover your use of this site. They are deliberately brief, because the service is simple: it processes your files in your own browser and asks nothing of you.

The service

The tools on this site are provided free of charge, with no account, no usage limit and no watermark. You may use them for personal or commercial work.

The output belongs to you. We claim no rights over anything you produce with these tools, because we never see it.

Document requirements are guidance, not a guarantee

Several tools reproduce the published requirements of passport offices, visa portals and application forms — dimensions, head height, file size, background. These are taken from the issuing authorities' own published rules and are kept as accurate as we can.

They can still change without notice, and an official can reject a photo for reasons no software can assess: expression, glasses, lighting on the face, whether the likeness is current. A photo produced or approved by this site is therefore not a guarantee of acceptance, and the compliance checker states plainly what it does and does not judge.

For anything consequential — a visa appointment, a passport renewal — check the requirement against the authority's own page before you submit.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. It runs on your device using your browser's own capabilities, and results depend on that browser, that device and the file you supply.

Keep your original files. The tools do not modify your originals, but as with any software you should not rely on a single copy of anything you cannot replace.

Acceptable use

Do not use these tools to produce forged, altered or misleading identity documents, or anything intended to deceive an authority or another person about who you are.

Do not attempt to disrupt the site or the people using it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this site — including a rejected application, a missed deadline or a damaged file. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the service, which is nothing.

Changes

These terms may change; the date at the top of this page will change with them. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the revised terms.
